My experience with this company started with needing a Dock & Deck Mount. The very nice woman on the phone took the time to check inventory. When she came back, her answer was "I have it right here on my desk." It was shipped within a half day. After I received it, I was comfortable ordering a new polyester US flag, which arrived on the 3rd of July. During this transaction, there was an issue with the shipping charge. The very nice man who took that phone call adjusted the charge in real time, and he offered me more than I had coming. I declined the extra perk, already being absolutely satisfied with the level of customer service. My flag was flying in time for Independence Day in front of my new house, because of the excellent service. I'm a very happy customer.

I had the extraordinary pleasure of working with Josh when having our fiberglass flagpoles replaced with new aluminum ones. These were commercial flag poles on State Property. Josh took every precaution to keep our guests safe and cleaned up after the excavation process keeping our sidewalks and entry ways clear for people. No damage to the trees or fixtures around the site. Totally professional, and outstanding quality of work. The new poles are beautiful. Highly recommended. We will definitely be working with him in the future.

We have been looking into buying a LEER truck shell but have had a variety of questions come up during the process. The first time I called in, I had the pleasure of speaking with Kristen who has been AMAZINGLY helpful throughout the selection process. She has been knowledgeable, prompt in her communication, and everything you'd hope a customer service representative would be. She even went the extra mile to call ALL other Leer dealers in my area in my behalf to get quotes on installation estimates. Having managed in the customer service field for many years, Kristen is the kind of person I would have hired 100 of! Their products are fairly priced, and they give you the ma' and pa' shop kind of experience that is rare to find these days. Big thanks to Kristen, and everyone else at LF & S for all their support.

I ordered a 4X6 polyester American Flag & (2) 2x3 nylon US Army flags today. I ordered a OKC Thunder Flag in May, 2025. I finally received my flag a few days ago. When I opened my package, they had not sent me the flag I ordered. In fact, they sent me a Pacers' flag. I wait almost two months for my order and they send me the flag for opposing team in the NBA Finals. I am not sure what is happening over there; but if they thought this was a funny joke, they should have refunded my money first.

When I needed to purchase a new flag and flagpole for the public library where I am director, I searched online but struggled with determining quality and figuring out how I would get my old pole removed/new pole installed. When I called Liberty Flag & Specialty to order a new flag, I was thrilled to learn they also sell and install flagpoles. Josh came out the very next day and found the exact flagpole size and color that I envisioned and a much larger flag than we had before. I definitely recommend Liberty Flag & Specialty--five-plus stars!
