Exelente

I was able to get help in understanding that my baby Bunches (Cat—Bambino) teeth are perfectly fine.

While visiting the Seattle area, I had an unexpected emergency with my little dog and needed to find a walk-in vet fast. I no longer see my previous vet since she moved, so I searched for the closest emergency care and found Urban Animal and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly respectful, attentive, and kind. They made eye contact, communicated clearly, and greeted me with genuine concern and warm smiles, even though they were short-staffed on doctors that day. Dr. Lara Kreyenhagen, DVM, is an absolute angel. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She quickly figured out what was going on with my pup and made sure he was well taken care of. Her assistants were also amazing compassionate and professional throughout the entire visit. It’s been about 16 hours since our visit, and my little guy is doing so much better—he’s alert, relaxed, and almost back to his normal self. On top of everything, they emailed me a personalized letter with clear aftercare instructions, including how to administer the medication and what signs to watch for. They even encouraged me to bring him back if he wasn’t improving, which gave me peace of mind. It’s rare to find such a caring and dedicated team who treat your pet like family. Thank you, Dr. Kreyenhagen and the entire Urban Animal staff you are truly wonderful and appreciated!

New to the area. Heard great things about Urban Animal and the White Center location. Didn’t disappoint. Brought my cat, Spider, in to establish a new vet and get caught up on this year’s shots. Walk-in, maybe an hour wait (I chose to wait) - they brought blanket with cat pheromones over to me so I could cloak the carrier to soothe him (he was already pretty chill), but it was a sweet gesture. All the staff were caring and welcoming and I look forward to seeing them again. When Spider and I got home, he got out of his carrier for a while but soon returned. I think maybe he wanted to go back to see his new friends. 🤣 (see pic)

After a year plus trying several different attempts of removing my senior cats very matted hair, I rolled 👩‍🦼‍➡️+ 🐈‍⬛ into Urban Animal. The staff took excellent care of my princess and myself. Thank You very much to everyone!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😊 Photo: before & after

Very sweet down to earth staff. They have great awareness of the financial aspect of decision making when it comes to life threatening conditions in pets. Our one year golden retriever got very sick very fast and they helped us start his evaluation and referred us to Timberline for inpatient stay for him. We are doing follow ups with Urban Animal. They were just overall very kind. We were very anxious about what was going on with our dog and Urban Animal listened to our concerns and reassured us along the way that we were doing the best thing for him and that we were right to bring him in. My parents recommended we come to them and I will be recommending all my friends with pets to go to Urban Animal as well.

Friendly staff and a bright waiting area are just the tip of the iceberg at Urban Animal. My large breed dog is always treated with the best care and loves the techs and vets who we have seen. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful, but everyone is incredibly positive about discussing options and costs. Working with UA to get our rescue to her best and happiest self head been a dream come true. 10/10 recommend!
