Located on the -2 level of the JW Marriott. They charge a $10 hostage fee to any package they touch (shipped to hotel or sent). Only reason I'm giving them a 3 instead of no stars is that they waved the fee for me to send medical/Milkstork. The employees were nice but the handling fee is highway robbery.

Mar-kee was absolutely amazing. I was on work travel and needed to get a package shipped immediately. This young man went above and beyond to help myself and a few other customers get what we needed done. Printing out labels and assisting with packaging. Thank you again Mar-kee :)

Wasted my time coming here... First... the tiny FedEx "closet" is located on the lower level of the JW Marriott. You will not find it without asking a few people once inside the hotel. Then... you're told the hotel charges a "handling fee" to accept your package. Capitalism at it's finest.

Small location in lower level of shopping center, a little hard to find, but the wonderful customer service and very helpful staff more than made up for the location. They quickly and efficiently helped us ship out two huge heavy boxes after a trade show. Thanks Lisa and her crew for taking such good care of us! We left with smiles on our faces :)
