Excellent company to do business with. They have excellent customer service, and their technicians are extremely knowledgeable. Austin Bodily came out to deliver a printer/scanner and helped with being able to sign in on our other machines. He was patient and very willing to help with something that he had not planned on initially. Thanks for hiring quality people!

“We are so grateful for Layne Rushworth. He is our Fisher's field service technician here at Xceed Print Solutions and we couldn’t be happier to have him assigned to our account. We are a production print center, and our machine requires a lot of attention as we are mostly running it every day, up to 10 hours a day. On a weekly basis, Layne will check in with me on Fridays to see how the machine is running and if we are having any issues. If I see an issue throughout the week, he does everything he can to get to our shop to get the machine back up and running and he always does it with a smile on his face. His positive attitude and “do whatever it takes” mentality shows how much he loves his job and taking care of his customers. He really is a rock star for us! Thanks, and let him know how much we appreciate him!”
