Jen is seriously the best! This was our second time in and she remembered my elderly mom by name, which was so thoughtful. You can tell she really knows her stuff and has tons of experience. She was super patient with us, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience easy. Great customer service and just a really kind person overall.

My Hair stylist Forozan was amazing!!! she was very diligent and kind and gave the most relaxing atmosphere. She was so gentle with styling my hair I almost fell asleep. I also got some other skin care/makeup products while I was there. The skin and makeup staff were incredibly helpful to get what I needed in order to have an amazing wedding day with my sister-in-law!! I would definitely be coming again and suggest it to others!

I have my hair done by Sinoosh. She was the first hairstylist in Texas to understand what I want done to my hair. The highlights are perfect, precisely what I wanted. She repaired the haircut and the color done by another stylist at another Ulta salon. Sinoosh is very pleasant and she cares for her clients. I must confess that I was always doubtful about a hair salon inside a store and never wanted to be a customer. I gave it a try to this Prosper Ulta and I am very pleased with Sinoosh. I highly recommend her.

I visited the Ulta Beauty Salon today for a haircut, and I’m thrilled with the results! My stylist, Forozan, did an amazing job she was kind, professional, and gave me exactly the cut I was hoping for. I’d give her 5 stars without hesitation! Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the behavior of what appeared to be either the salon or store manager on duty. She was an older woman with dark black hair in a ponytail, and her conduct was extremely unprofessional. During my appointment and in front of several customers, she repeatedly reprimanded the salon stylists, including Forozan. It was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate. At one point, she insisted that stylists return shampoo and styling products to the shelf after each use to prevent “overuse.” One of the stylists respectfully explained that this process slows them down and takes time away from the client experience, but the manager dismissed the concern entirely. Discussions like that should be handled privately, not in front of clients. It was clear the staff felt embarrassed and frustrated, and honestly, I felt bad for them. They were all working hard, and they deserve to be supported, not scolded in front of guests. The manager’s behavior really detracted from what should have been a positive experience. Ulta, your salon staff is talented and professional they deserve leadership that reflects the same values.

I came into the store and noticed several employee ladies standing around near the front door, including the managers. Not one of them greeted me. I was looking for a product and stood in the area for at least seven minutes, trying to decide which item I wanted, until a lady came from the back and asked if I needed help. She offered to get someone who specializes in that area, which I appreciated. The lady who came to assist me was nice and helpful. However, when I got to the register, I saw two managers chatting by the front door, which is not uncommon. One manager walked past me to go to the back, while the other approached the register. After waiting for about three minutes with only one person working the register, I remained patient. Unfortunately, the manager never checked me out but instead called for someone else to assist customers. When the young lady came, she asked, "Is you ready?" Her tone was rude and unprofessional, which is not how one should greet a customer, especially when they are making a purchase. I found her demeanor to be unfriendly and not in line with good customer service during the entire time. After checking me out, the customer behind me was greeted warmly. Overall, I felt the environment was unwelcoming and somewhat toxic. I would be happy to provide employee names directly to corporate or the owner, rather than the managers, due to my experience.

So ... I can order online for pickup at the store. Both the website and the store are outfitted for such. Makes my life easier, compared to my experience with shopping online at Sephora. You do need your ID to pick up your online order. This is seriously enforced. Don't send someone else to pick up your order unless you named that person (and you better spell that person's name correctly because that person has to show ID to pick up). Minus one star because if I want to pickup at my preferred/closer location, then it has to be in stock at that location. No option to ship to the store. Only ship or deliver to home.

Sinoosh is the best stylist I have had in years. She is so friendly and polite. My hair looks great been getting a lot of compliments on my hair. I have thick and somewhat curly hair and a lot of it for a 65 yr old. Everyone wants to cut it too short because of my age she understands my hair type
