Went here for the first time and feel in love with everything. The store is well organized and extremely clean. The staff is extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable about all they have. If your not feeling creative they have items there for sale as well. I will ne back soon.

If you are into personalizing gifts and have the opportunity to visit this store, definitely do so! It is replete with all manner of gift items to personalize, and an impressive array of vinyl to boot. Additionally, the staff are helpful and delightful. It's a very pleasant place to visit - one of several stores in the old Wal-Mart building.

I’m not sure why this is my second day in a row coming to this place and it still has the same sign. I can’t even come in so that’s why they get a 2. I hope I can change this review!

I do not like to have to shame a business that looks like they have a good star rating for people who visit their store in person. But I am a disabled woman who cannot get out and do things on a regular basis without having assistance or help. This company is also not in my state so I chose to deal with them online through Afterpay. I place one order with them in December of 2021. It took them all of 20 days to send my items to me after sending multiple emails and calling which by the way they never answer their phones. I then place a second order with them hoping that things would be better since it was not a holiday season on February the 2, 2022. Now they are fully paid and not once have they attempted to answer my emails or pick up their phone and answer to let me know when my supplies are coming. Now $54 might not matter to somebody who got money but a person who receives a disability check once a month $54 feel like $500 gone!!!!!!!!!! Here's a screenshot to prove that my order still shows unfulfilled since February 2nd 2022. I demand this company to return my money or either mail me my merchandise and you can best believe I'm done at this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope no one else has experienced this online issue with this company! If you not local you can best believe you don't matter **Update: They rectify the issue and mailed me my items on 2/24/22. I really hate giving up business with this place because their stuff is the best Unfortunately the customer service needs to step up! **

There are NO WORDS to describe the excellence, professionalism, and customer service that comes out of this store. They make you feel like family. I mean can’t wait to see you at the family reunion family. It’s that much hospitality that comes from that store . Everyone is so amazing. Kendra the owner is someone truly special and I wish nothing but beautiful blessings over her business for years to come !!!!!

I have ordered online from this place for years and never had an issue. Spent thousands with them in the past. However, my last order was placed over 3 months ago and after many MANY emails and calls made with no answer, I finally had to dispute the transaction with my credit card. Miraculously the order gets shipped the next day. But when I received the order not all of my items are there. I have tried calling and no one ever answers, it just hang up after a while. Cant get anyone on the phone or to return emails.

I have ordered from this company in the past with no issues. The past 2 orders have been a huge problem though. It took over a month to get in touch with the company about an order I placed. Ended up having to go through my credit card company to dispute it. I waited a couple months before ordering again from them and I have had the same issue! I tried calling and emailing and the phone is not working and no response by email. Sorry to say, but they have lost my business!
