If i could give it zero stars I would. Went here today with 3 other friends to buy baby clothes for a friend. The cashier LYN was terrible!!! She was starring me and my friends up and down. Threw a back handed compliment at us about our nails. At the end she literally tossed the receipt on the counter for me to pick up instead of passing or handing it over like a normal person. I honestly felt very uncomfortable with the way she was staring and talking to us! Everyone else seemed nice, but I will definitely never go back. -1000/10 experience.

Visited mid-afternoon with 3 friends after lunch at Cafe Pacific yesterday. Never felt so uncomfortable in a store as we were hovered over and watched very closely by a woman with short brown hair. Like IN YOUR PERSONAL SPACE and the STORE IS NOT CROWDED Maybe 2 other shoppers. Not saying a word to us. Profiled us for some reason? We were not boisterous or obnoxious; dressed nicely, middle-aged. It was nothing short of BIZARRE. Started POURING rain, so we browsed longer and I even wanted to purchase a few items. I saw a few items at the end of the counter that caught my eye as well and inquired if these belonged to someone, and the person behind the counter responded curtly, "YES!". No "oh there are more over there if you're interested". Just bizarre! Went to check out and it was like I was bothering them! Anyway, this place was recommended to stop into, and I will say I'm sorry I did. Twilight Zone experience for 45 minutes!!!!

Can’t say enough good about this store! The gift items, interior design items and year around holiday decor items are most selective and unique. The customer service is simply over the top! The buyers and merchandisers do an incredible job, making me want to come back time and time again, my number one stop when in Dallas!

Oh my gosh! When you walk in here you will feel like you are in Neiman Marcus’ sister store! That’s because the buyer used to work there. There’s nothing more fabulous than shopping and doing a good deed at once. And that’s what you’ll be doing if you choose to shop here. This is one of my favorite gift stores in Dallas. If you’re looking for a host gift you will surely find it here. Love the candles, all the best gifts representing Texas, jewelry & purses….The staff could not be lovelier. I hope to see you again soon!

I have been a long standing customer here for many years! That ended today! I bought a couple gifts for my daughter at Anthropologie right across the street like I do almost every year! I took them here like I usually do and was told my a lady that they will only wrap gifts bought in their store! I have been purchasing gifts here for many years and this is the first time this has ever happened! It’s early morning and there was one customer in the store! After almost 10 years as a customer this relationship has ended! The lady that I spoke with should not be in a position of meeting the public!!!

ready to help, wanted two of a beautiful bowl I found there, they only had one, they offered to get me another, call me when it arrived, Terrific. When I came pick up both, the price had changed up! Bait and switch. If they wanted my sale and a happy customer told them to honor the price I was given. ..and the bowl was clearly marked with when I agreed to have it ordered. They, all working personal and their were at least 5 women working there all balked. Great service to start and then shifty service. Buyer Beware here . Sad.
