Ashleigh and her mom are the best! Not only do they have a beautiful selection of dresses but their service is the best. My dress was the first one I tried on and led me to canceling other appointments after going to my 2nd appointment of the day. I chose to cancel my others not only because of the dress but because of the experience I had at LVD. I knew there was going to be no other dress or experience as great as what I got at LVD Bridal.

Went to LVD for my cousins dress and Ashleigh was so patiently, friendly, creative, and listen to Natalie’s needs. Her and her mom were a great team and made the whole experience enjoyable. Natalie picked the perfect dress and I can not wait to see it on her wedding day.

Highly recommend LVD Bridal! Ashleigh is amicable, friendly, and detail-oriented. She was wonderful start to finish. When I walked in the store for my appointment, she had already prepared a few dresses in the dressing room that I put in the appointment notes or dresses with similar styles. Before getting into dresses, she made sure to ask about budget and strictly adhered to it throughout the appointment. The dresses were all in great shape and if there were any notable blemishes, she made sure to point them out (this store sells samples and pre-owned dresses). I felt so comfortable the entire time. Ashleigh truly cares about you finding the perfect dress. At the end of the appointment, I was torn between two dresses. Although she usually doesn't hold dresses, she told me to sleep on it and return the next day to try each on one last time before making a decision. I appreciate her flexibility and truly going above and beyond to make sure that I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. I will absolutely be recommending LVD Bridal to anyone I know looking for a dress.

I didn't end up buying my dress here, but I had to write a review a thank you to Ashleigh for being so wonderful and supportive! She made the shopping experience really fun (I loved having the boutique to ourselves). The selection is not the largest, but it is varied, and Ashleigh's knowledge of it is unparalleled. She even offered to try to find dresses of a certain style if I wanted, which I thought was incredible! When I asked for a follow-up appointment at the last minute to revisit a dress, she fit me in right away (probably ruining her Friday evening). And when I cancelled that appointment even more last minute because I found a dress elsewhere, she sent me the nicest congratulations message and didn't charge me for cancelling. I found the wedding dress shopping process weirdly stressful, but wonderful people like Ashleigh made it easier. I am so grateful for her and definitely recommend her and her boutique!

While, I didn’t pick my dress from here. I had to write a review because I had such a wonderful experience with Ashleigh and her mother. There was so much care given to the appointment, not just to myself as the bride, but to those who came with me to try on dresses. We felt so embraced and celebrated and truly had the best time trying on dresses. The staff selects dresses for you to try on and recommend people do not touch the dresses so it is a bit more hands-on from the staff all the way down to putting on the dresses. I truly do not mind this because I am someone who while trying on dresses was so scared of breaking something, but Ashleigh reassured me that these dresses are sturdy and the “jean jump” is OK. I had so much fun here and cannot recommend it enough. Multiple people in my group said that when they go to look for dresses, this is one of their first stops.

I absolutely loved my experience at LVD!! Ashleigh was incredible—she took my inspiration photos and somehow pieced together exactly what I was looking for in a way I didn’t even know was possible. The entire team is so supportive, down-to-earth, and truly makes the process feel special. If you’re looking for a thoughtful and personalized dress shopping experience, I can’t recommend LVD enough!

I went into LVD with an open mind not really expecting to find my dress at the first time I went dress shopping not to mention the FIRST place I looked. It was truly the best experience, you walk into the cutest ambiance, the girls make you few comfortable while getting to know you, and of course the bubbly was just the cherry on top! I truly felt heard when describing what I had in mind… and after trying on a few dresses we found the one! It was perfect. Everything about this experience was perfect. 10/10 dresses 10/10 experience and 10/10 ladies ❣️

I cannot say enough good things about LVD. From the very beginning everyone I worked with was so incredibly generous and accommodating. I wanted to book my dress appointment the weekend of my engagement party since I had a lot of my best friends and my mom in town. Even though they didn't have any staff available to do it that weekend they worked with their sister store to set me up with someone so I could dress shop with all of my favorite people which meant so much. The actual dress trying experience was great too. My stylist asked me a ton of good questions and got my vision right away. She also did a great job pulling different stuff so I could be super sure about the style I wanted and I ended up finding my dream dress. Fast forward 6 months I had a horrible alterations experience that ruined my dress (cutting it inches too short) just 6 weeks before my wedding and I was in a total panic. On top of that I was so heartbroken because of how much I loved my dress and even if I was willing to pay more money to order it from the designer they couldn't have gotten it to me in time to get it altered. So I called LVD just to see if there was any chance they had another one of the dress I'd purchased. And they DID. Same size and everything. It hadn't even come in yet but Ashley told me that she'd hold it for me when it did. And on top of that, she let me exchange the dress for the one that got messed up during alterations!!! It's been months and I'm still tearing up writing this review. For anyone who's been through wedding planning you know there are so many people/vendors out there who will just squeeze every penny out of you that they can, so for Ashley to swap the dress out for me was unbelievable in the most literal sense. Not only did I get to wear my dream dress, but I didn't lose $2,000 over a horrible alteration mistake. I cannot thank Ashley and the LVD crew enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. So long story short, if you want a place that is going to take incredible care of you start to finish and really truly make you feel so special, you have to go to LVD.
