Horrible place to exchange clothes for cash. They have a sign in the store that has what they are needing in men's and women’s clothing. I brought in two bags filled with clothes of everything they were “needing” in men’s clothing. I was told they cannot take any of it because of the style & age… their were multiple pieces of never-worn American Eagle clothing I received as a gift less than a year ago and they couldn't take it. Pretty much a joke of an experience, especially when you look around at the overpriced worn-out stuff that is for sale.

Don’t bother trying to sell your clothes there. My sister and I dropped off two bags which I would like to say had some really nice clothes, some never worn before. It was ready for pick up within 5 minutes, bag wasn’t even opened, literally all the clothes were left exactly how they were dropped off. And of course it’s their usually “lightly worn, etc” which I would understand if they even bothered to look at. Really disappointed. This places honestly sucks. If I never step foot into a place like this then I will call it a win. Be honest, and stop wasting everyone’s time.

Went in to sell clothes. Had a total of 9 big boxes and tubs. Was there about 7 minutes. They offered me 5.00. Alot of the clothes were brand new, brand name with tags. Most of them from a 19yo. They told me the clothes were stained and outdated. There was no way they could have gone thru my stuff in that short amount of time. They did this based on my looks alone. I have never felt so judged in my life.

I remember when this place was good. Now they a buy a bunch of crap/ugly clothes. They say they want plus size clothes then don’t even look at it, TERRIBLE. They should go through a “list” not just based on what “they” like. DON’T recommend!
