Donna was a phenomenal help to us! We were first time furniture buyers. Everything that we purchased was in stock at their warehouse and we were able to take it with us same day. They had a very large selection to chose from and we found what we liked in our budget.

I was super pleased with my encounter with the staff of mattress max. No pressure and very willing to show you whatever you might be looking for. And their prices are very reasonable. I was pleased to find exactly what I was looking for. And had the added pleasure of being able to trade in my old recliner for a nice discount on my purchase. Definitely going to shop there for any future needs.

The shopping experience was excellent. The sales and management staff really care about the customer needs and make you feel like family. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasurable sales experience. No high pressure, just caring.

Store pesonel very friendly and they know their product line. They listen to you on your wants and not wants snd take you to what they think is right for you by what you have said. We purchased another mattress and are very pleased with the enrire process and left knowing we had the right oroduct, good customer service and a fair price We have been back many times from purchasing reclining beds, electric recliners, tables, etc. Just a great clean place to shop ! The owner Jeff and his wife are very pleasant to deal with, and if anything we're to go wrong, they would work with you anyway they could to satisfy both parties.

We went in on a Saturday afternoon and they were very busy and down one salesperson but Dell acknowledged us after us being there only a few minutes and let us know he would be with us shortly. We had picked out the chair we wanted and he promptly took care of the sale. The guys had us loaded up and on our way it no time. Great customer service!
