for 1 copy you havevto pay 1.20€ and when you just dare to ask the employee starting to yell with saying " this is our service , if ypu find it expensive you can go to university for it , we need money to live too , we earning nothing if we make it 20 cents for 1 page bla and bla . I just wanted to simply know what was the reason behind this price and she made me regrett immediately definitely this was the last time i visit them

Very unprofessional! We went there to print some documents that we sent via email, the employee there printed a lot of copies of a document we didn't send and forced us to pay for it. instead of paying 10 euros, made us pay 30 euros. She told us "I printed it already I dont care if it was yours or not, you have to pay for it". She kept saying we asked for the extra documents even though we showed her the email we sent. To make matters worse, she gave us documents that contain personal information of strangers! I don't even want a compensation, but this business should really think about how they work! Unprofessional employees with absolutely no respect for people who cannot speak German well. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Wir lassen bei Copypoint seit vielen Jahren immer wieder unterschiedlichste Druckaufträge umsetzen. Die Qualität war bisher immer einwandfrei, die Abwicklung unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Hilfsbereitschaft bei kurzfristigen Aufträgen: Auch wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, wird stets versucht, eine passende Lösung zu finden. Ich bin absolut begeistert! Der Copyshop hat meine Bachelorarbeit schnell, präzise und in hervorragender Qualität gedruckt. Das Team war super freundlich, hat mich kompetent beraten und sogar letzte kleine Formatierungen noch einmal geprüft. Der Druck ist gestochen scharf, die Bindung wirkt hochwertig und professionell – genau so, wie man es sich für eine Abschlussarbeit wünscht. Ich kann den Copyshop wirklich wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort drucken lassen!
