The worst drive through pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They let people with difficult insurance issues, or people who’s prescriptions are not currently ready to wait at the window and keep others from picking up their orders before they close for lunch or the day because one car has been sitting there at the window for 20-25 mins

Unpleasant to shop here. Employees were keep chatting and didn't listen to my help. I was standing front of them. I don't know why ignored me. Impolite to customers. Not only me I guess. That was bad experienced A lot of shelves were out of stock and not tidy up. Difficult find a items which were I looking for.

Pathetic customer service, disconnected/hung up on, and confusing information/updates on prescriptions. Got text that medication was ready to pickup, couldn’t get it same day and now saying it’s out of stock. Can’t get anyone on the phone to figure out what’s going on, phone tree is a complete joke and waste of time. Employees don’t even know what they carry/sell. I had to show them the item they said I would need a prescription for that is on the shelf. It’s over the counter. Update: attempted using cvs once more. Brandy is a real ray of sunshine. Can’t even do her job without yelling or being an unpleasant human being. They failed to check for a pre auth that had been done in December! and refused to dispense prescription. Hope someone gets better training in how to treat customers and do their job!

Brought my insurance i yesterday for my new glucose meter & supplies. They ignored insurance & expected me to buy the most expensive meter & that's what they had ready when I came in. Got upset because they wanted me to pay for my supplies instead of using insurance. Been waiting 30 minutes now for them to fix their mistake.

CVS had both items I was searching for at prices I could afford: Ester C @ bogo free and top tier 4 in 1 Dog Shampoo. The Help was helpful too. Thank you. See you next time!

My prescription has been "being prepared" for several hours now. It wasn't ready yesterday when it was ordered. I tried to call but all I get is a maze of automated teleprompter. Meanwhile, my blood clot is getting bigger and more painful. I really kinda need the anticoagulants pretty badly. Why can't I speak to anyone on the phone?

Cvs was out of my son's medicine. Because it was on back order they told me that they contacted the doctor to try to get a new prescription. But when calling the doctor the doctor said they had never heard from CVS all day through fax or phone call. When arriving at CVS and calling them to try to clarify. How to go about getting the new medicine? They were extremely rude and very unprofessional.

I was highly satisfied by my recent visit. I wasn't sure of what I was going for in the photo section. But then I fell in love with the customized option for fridge magnets and the pricing was affordable. I got 4!! Took less than 10minutes to get them made. The staff was friendly, listened and answered to all my questions. I'll definitely be going back for more purchases.

If the store can’t provide UPS access point, please don’t advertise it as such. There is no label printing, no help from customer support, who I mind you high school kids only and can’t even articulate what exactly this store can do when it comes to UPS services.

Completely unhelpful pharmacy department tried to transfer a prescription from a closed store and they couldn't do it. Have done this many time at Walgreens when I travel. Leason learned not to use CVS any more

Got fast service with my prescription with only with one person in front of me and 2 cars at the window. I was in and out in 10 minutes but also it was New Years Eve.
