Everrytime I've visited i got no assistance, I had to just figure it which is fine. The only saving grace is i found a hair braider here I'll see her Friday. They don't ask if you need help they are too busy on theu phones ignoring you. One of the guys kept trying to sell this lovely older woman a glueless wig she refused several time she wanted a regular wig. Everything is lace now! I don't care for the store but SOME of the staff is alright. I have another beauty store option. This is what happens when We don't have our own...

Service is bad no one greets you. they are all lined up on there phones. today I went there the older man was sitting there with his arms crossed sleep, I just stood there and watched him sleep until he woke up and he said why you didn't wake me up. they don't have prices on there products because there focus on there phones, and there over priced I will not be back..................

I had a great experience at this hair store. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the time they greeted me until the time that I left. They all made me feel so welcomed. The manager is a great person and he is so passionate with his customers. I truly appreciate them all for being so sweet and helpful. 10/10 highly recommended.

I have been going to Danny’s for years! Today was my last time. They are so rude! They overcharge! You will not get any help. They all stay behind the counter and play on their phones. When you finally get anyone’s attentions they act you like you are bothering them. One day I came in the female employee was arguing with a customer. Another time the male employee kept saying the n word. I’m over it and I will take my money elsewhere. If I were you I could not continue to make them rich while they treat us like garbage

Yesterday was the last time I will walk in and right out of this store due to the lack of customer service. Not one staff member greets you, ask if you need help or even acknowledge you. They all sit up at the registers with their faces glued to their phones. I don't see why anyone would continue to support this establishment. They treat US like garbage because THEY feel that we need them. We need to start taking out business elsewhere!
