We used Spoon Fulla Sugar for our 4/19 wedding and they did an excellent job. I ordered this beautiful birthday cake for my mom’s birthday from A Spoon Fulla Sugar on Montgomery Rd! They had a wide variety of filling flavors along with a different options for cake flavors as well! They also have an area where you can walk in and buy some of their sliced cake and other desserts. Pictured is white cake with white buttercream and a triple berry (raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry) compote! I first tried a cake sample when I was at a bridal convention and knew I wanted to buy this for my mom’s birthday. I think I found my go to place for special occasions!

We are customers and fans for life!!! My husband and I used A spoon fulla sugar for our wedding cake in March. We were unsure going into the tasting process what we wanted to do, as I am gluten free. We did their tasting boxes - so smart and easy- for both regular and GF, and settled on that the GF carrot cake was unmatched, even if it wasn’t your “typical” wedding cake flavor. No hyberbolic statements here when sharing, the cake was the most talked about part of our day!!! I’ve even had friends order a GF CC from ASFS since for parents and partners birthdays, etc. It was absolutely delicious and we will be getting a small one in the future as we think about it daily 😂 The design we received was both beautiful and exactly what we asked for. Wedding planning can be extensive and their team makes it EASY. I had no stress or concerns throughout the process and am so appreciative of that!

Our wedding cake from A Spoon Fulla Sugar was so cute! We kept it plain but I think they did a great job with it and got the color I wanted exact! The taste was so good, I had to get a second slice after the cake cutting and I normally don't like cake. They made the ordering process very easy and I think their prices are very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone else.

For anybody in the Cincinnati area, if you are looking for a dessert, A Spoon Fulla Sugar, is the place to go. I was looking to order a birthday cake and sent an email with questions and was impressed with the quick response. I followed up with a phone call and the employee I spoke to was so kind and very helpful. After trying a few other bakeries in the area, where the workers have been downright rude, or the bakery items just don’t taste that great for what you pay, A Spoon Fulla Sugar, was a breath of fresh air. On the day of pickup, staff was just as nice and the items were ready and as described. And let me tell you their hummingbird cake and pecan pie was to die for. They both were by far the best my family has ever had. Often you get a cake that will taste good, but the icing is not or vice versa, but that was not the case here. The cake had the most delicious flavor and the icing was just as yummy. The pie was equally amazing and for my mom, whose birthday we were celebrating, she might of loved it even more. She said it was the best pie she had ever had and she doesn’t normally like bakery cakes, but loved this one. To top it off, both desserts didn’t just taste good, but they looked amazing. When I opened the box, I couldn’t stop saying how much I loved it; the cake was absolutely beautiful. A Spoon Fulla Sugar did not disappoint and I’d highly recommend them for anybody looking to help make someone's day, or your own, special.

It was a breeze working with Spoon Fulla Sugar for our wedding cake in Nov 2024. They were by far the easiest of our vendors! We got a wedding cake tasting kit from a few bakeries, and Spoon Fulla Sugar was the taste winner -- their white cake was INCREDIBLY light and fluffy, and they had so many fillings to choose from. We went with a white cake with raspberry mousse and a marble cake with white chocolate mousse. The team did a great job with communication, pricing transparency, and matching our inspiration photos. The only hiccup was a silver cake board when we requested gold, but it looked good in the end. We loved working with them, and would highly recommend them!
