I had went into this store today with my family. Right before we checked out, one of the workers came up to me as another one was assisting my family with the sale they had going on. I don’t remember the lady’s name, I really wish I did. However she came up to me, touched me and told me some things god put on her heart to tell me. It was so touching, and relieving at the same time. Just minutes before walking into that store, I had made a wish/prayed over the water fountain as I threw a coin in with my son and fiancé. So to have her come up and tell me the things god put on her heart, made me so thankful! I thank you god for putting it on her heart to come talk to me, I needed that! And thank you again, if you see this. Thank you for holding me as I cried in your arms. You are an angel, and I’m lucky I got to meet you! Thank you again, along with your other fellow team members for making me and my family feel so welcomed there! Apologies for the long story, however I just had to share. And I wanted them to be recognized for their amazing work and customer service, because they truly deserve it!

I personally like these places. They're very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and they don't follow you around which is nice. There is a security guard on hand as well. I'm just here with the wife, who's already sporting a Michael Kors bag so you might as well get another

I got a pair of heels here for my birthday, and got help from an incredibly respectful worker. the entire environment was classy, and clean, and while checking out, the same woman helped us out on signing up to get 10% off a first purchase, which was kind. Their items, packaging, and customer service overall were amazing. Also the heels are soo cute

I usually have a great experience with MK in St. Louis but after today, having to deal with your associate Flo I may never come back. She’s too aggressive and I could not enjoy my shopping experience. Not only is she passive aggressive to fellow associates she is also pushy saleswoman to customers and I cannot enjoy my experience here anymore

There is always something new and exciting to discover at this beautiful Michael Kors location and the staff is unlike any other you should definitely shop in store versus online and if something does need to be ordered they can help you do that right there in the store

I had to get a bag repaired. My one and only MK bag. At the end of this whole ordeal the staff grew to know how much this meant to me because I don't really work the kind of high end job that led me to afford a $400 purse anymore. Anyway... To my dearest new friends Brittany and Vivian. I hope you both have wonderful lives and careers ahead of you, and I hope to see you both soon. I can't recommend this location enough for in store pick ups or anything of the sort, just go let them take care of you. And as for the repair itself, it got sent away to a company in New Jersey that fixes high end bags like MK and LV. Flawless repair, good as new, and clean. I got it back within a month. I ended up impulse buying a clearance Gigi bag while I was there picking it up. My mom's going to have a good Christmas this year.. that's all I'll say. Thanks again to everyone involved. I'm a Google tour guide so anywhere I GPS to I get asked to review, and I was very excited to write this one. Peace and love, XOXO!

This place is disgusting. The manager Tommy is a horrible manager. He lied to my face and told me I couldn’t return something because it was final sale. I called the chat box for Michael kors and they told me that wasn’t true, and when I called the store to found out why he lied he was completely rude saying the bag was used when that was a lie. The bag was still in the 30 day return policy and still had all the tags in it. The only thing was the bag was out of the plastic. He told me I wasn’t allowed to shop at just store or return the bag and proceeded to call me the B word. Mind you I’m a young African American woman and he is a middle aged white man. He needs to be fired.

Disappointed with the lack of service I received on 2/4/24 at the Galleria location. I’ve purchased several watches from this location and went to have a link removed. I had the original box, tag and other links that had been previously removed. I was told that without original proof of purchase nothing could be done. Basically was told that since I can’t prove I purchased it at that specific location (probably thought it was stolen) they wouldn’t help me. Did not even offer the service for a fee which I would have paid. Who keeps paper receipts dating back a few years? I ended up going to a small kiosk in the mall and paying $20. It wasn’t what I was told, it was how it was said. If that’s the policy then shame on them for not archiving purchase information in the system so it can be retrieved like most other jewelry stores. There was no attempt to do what’s right for the customer. No apology given…nothing. I will not support this brand or location going froward. To the worker who didn’t help me…Do Better!
