I just picked up my rug from Jahann & Sons today. The rug was quite abused by our three dogs. While it certainly took a little longer, the rug came back spotless without color bleed. I will take all my rugs there in the future. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to Jahann And Sons by a friend to clean my rugs when I was moving from my house to an apartment. Mr. Jahann was so gracious and helpful, and his employees that came to pick up the rugs knew exactly what every rug was, and gave recommendations on what was best as far as cleaning and repairing. They were good enough to hold onto my rugs.(11 in total.) until I moved to my next location. On the day of delivery Mr. Jahann himself delivered the rugs, and with his helper put the rugs down. The colors just totally popped out. They were so beautiful. I would highly recommend Jahann And Sons to clean and repair your Persian rugs, beautiful, work, and very reasonably priced.

Mahmoud and his staff are the best!! They picked up and cleaned five of our Persian rugs last year and did an amazing job! When the rugs were delivered back to us, the colors of our rugs bacame so vibrant, so clean....I referred them to my parents two weeks ago.....they picked up 5-6 of their rugs, not only cleaned them profesionally, but also did repair work on three of them. Their work is second to none! Very friendly, courteous and professional service! And I found that their prices are very reasonable compared to others in the area. Thank you to the owner, Mahmoud and his entire staff!

We had some very dirty/covered-in-pet-hair/stinky carpets that were put away in storage that way that desperately needed a good cleaning. We called here and they were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The carpets were picked-up and dropped off for us. The gentlemen who picked up our rugs was also very knowledgeable about carpets. The whole process was very simple for us and the price was very reasonable. The carpets look great now! Some have been in our family for over twenty years and they have life again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have their rugs cleaned.

We had 5 rugs cleaned - including two persian rugs that had not been cleaned in 25 years because they were so large. We also needed new trim around the edges of some of the rugs. Our rugs are unbelievably beautiful in their new home as we have moved. Also, Jahann gives very personal and responsive service. Highly recommend!

We had a badly moth eaten 5X8 wool rug we wanted repaired. They picked it up at our house (right on time w/no contact). After seeing it they gave us a price. A week later it was brought back to our house. We were amazed with the result. The color match was perfect and you can't see the repair. We couldn't believe how inexpensive the repair and washing were. Very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Owner is very nice at this store. I brought in a rug that I wasn’t sure what it’s value was. Unfortunately it was not a real Persian rug but the owner was very nice and showed me the difference between machine and handmade rug. Hopefully one day I will be able to purchase one of their unique rugs.

We had a great experience. They were patient with us and we did not feel like we were being taken advantage of in any way. We found the great carpet that I hope my dogs don't eat.
