Debra Hoffman, I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. She took the time to listen to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we were looking for. What truly stood out was their knowledge and willingness to help. They answered all our questions with patience and provided thoughtful recommendations that made my experience even better. It’s rare to find such dedicated and attentive service these days!

We had a wonderful experience at Sleep Outfitters. Chase was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of our questions and gave us lots of feedback without forcing us one way or the other. We would highly recommend buying a mattress from Sleep Outfitters!

Debra Hoffman was amazing at explaining each bed. She was very observant and was able to offer suggestions to find the bed that fit me and my husband perfectly. She was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Definitely recommend Chase! We walked in from out of town, on a whim, not really sure if we were gonna find the right mattress. He was honest, patient and didn’t make us feel the pressure to spend more money than what we had in mind. After laying on multiple mattresses we walked out with a delivery date for the perfect one!

Deborah is an absolute DREAM to work with! Informative, personable, kind, and overall real! She never pressured us. She took note of our wants and worked diligently to find us the perfect mattress. We’ve been to other places and felt pressured and like we were looked at as dollar signs. Not with Deborah! She was so wonderful and it felt so genuine the entire way through. If you are looking for a mattress and want to feel like you’re cared about, GO TO DEBORAH! I just wish I could give her more than 5 stars because she is easily the best of the best!

Easy and comfortable shopping experience! Chase and Debra were knowledgeable and patient and allowed my husband and I time to try each mattress thoroughly (even while my kids ran around) while comparing mattress qualities and pricing. After several weeks of shoulder and neck pain from a budget mattress purchased online, I’m SO excited to have my new Tempur-Pedic and get a good night’s sleep!

5/5

This was one of the most amazing sales experiences I’ve ever had, the store manager, Chase was extremely professional and helped us find the most personalized mattress and boxspring for us. I told Chase I was very serious about having the best quality bed possible because my wife has rods in her back and has been having very chronic back, neck, shoulders, and hip pain. He helped us find the absolute best and customized mattress and bed for us. Truly one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. I’m so excited to have a better quality of life!!!

My husband and I went to Sleep Outfitters to find a good mattress and we came out with a fantastic mattress! Debra Hoffman was our sales representative and truly knows all about each product. She was extremely helpful in finding the correct mattress for us and also she was truly caring as well and took her time. We never felt rushed or pushed. So glad we came!
