Went into this Micheals to pick up my online order, I looked around the store to check it out while there. If you're looking for yarn, they have two aisles of it, and several stands in the center asleep with nice yarn. I ended up buying two other skeins and a couple of cups that were on clearance before picking my online order. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and organized. We will probably be making another trip probably in the next month or so.

The store is clean. It was all aisles were nice and clean. The associates were very friendly. The store was decorated for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Love going and seeing all the decorations!! If you are a crafter or love crafts I recommend this store.

Zero customer service just some woman at the front of the store shouting at customers to use self service if paying by card. If you're there to pick up an online order she just pointing randomly saying did you check the shelf. Nope I sure didn't I'm used to shopping at hobby lobby for customer care still means something.

We call this place the devil store. Lol always find what we need plus what we don't need! Great Halloween decor and more! We are candle makers and wish they carried larger containers of fragrance to purchase in a pinch. Overall love, love, love
