Knutson Jewelers Inc

A Gem of a Jeweler – We’re Customers for Life! We’ve visited Knutson's Jewelers several times over the past few weeks, and after each experience, it’s clear—we’re customers for life. Dave helped us find the perfect men’s wedding band, even going the extra mile to order in two variations so we’d have options to choose from. He expertly soldered my engagement ring and wedding band together, and the result was flawless. We also brought in some vintage pocket watches and men’s tie/suit jewelry, and Dave gave us a very fair and honest offer. He’s a true expert in his craft, incredibly kind, patient, and just an all-around great guy. If you're looking for quality service, craftsmanship, and a jeweler you can genuinely trust, Knutson’s is it. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great Jeweler to work with! He has an awesome selection from vintage to modern. I worked with him on a custom ring and I get compliments on every day.

Dave is the best of the best. He will always go the extra mile for his customers. My wife and I were just married this week and our rings were absolutely beautiful. We will ALWAYS give Dave our business as long as he's around. Outstanding customer service, beautiful jewelry and quality plus! Thank you Dave!

I'm rating 1 star, not because I was unhappy with a purchase but because I was unhappy with the service. Supposedly the purchases of precious metals bought by this shop are melted down by the shop. I came in looking for a real silver necklace, all they had on display was thread size that was real silver. When I asked about a larger necklace, I was informed that he sells this one necklace a lot, shows it to me and it was stainless steel, I asked price and was astounded by the outrageous price for a non precious metal necklace and expressed this concern, the man behind the counter then informed me that the price I would be paying anywhere else for the necklace size and metal I wanted was going to be this insane price because of the "market". I ended up going somewhere else a bit further away and found almost exactly what I was looking for and paid no where near what this man told me I was going to pay. I guess the moral of the story is, don't let someone's opinion force you to give up on your goals!!! If you read this guy, know that you were wrong and I found what I was looking for, missed out bud....

Dave does excellent work and puts people/the customer first with everything he does! Please give Knutson Jewlers a try before you go to any corporate/franchise establishment; you will not be disappointed.

Dave is so very nice. He is fair and does an amazing job! Our family will never go anywhere else.

Not happy. Took Mother's ring to repair a prong. Waited 3 weeks. Gems were discolored. Waited another 4 weeks got it at Christmas. Wore it 1 hour lost a gem. Will not go back.

Dave was very helpful and insightful in helping us choose our wedding ring. He is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Knutson jewlers!
