uBreakiFix

Good location because of the staff and when I say staff, I mean Tyler. Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and polite. I recommend going and seeing him to get all your electronic stuff taken care of. The owner/manager should be proud to have such a professional individual taking such good care of their customers.

Mike and Tyler were amazing! They took care of my phone very quickly and are so nice to deal with. The store was busy but they made time for all the customers and even gave me my phone back earlier than promised- I highly recommend this location!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! First off want to say I never leave negative reviews for businesses, but I feel like this place totally scammed me with their “warranty”. So I brought my IPhone 13 in with a cracked screen in March 2025 and was quoted a price of $270 to replace. That seemed a little steep to me, but then the salesperson explained their warranty which would cover any screen replacements for cracks or damage over the next year. This guarantee was enough for me to pay the price they quoted given the assurance of free replacement in case anything happened to the screen. Fast forward 6 months and I dropped my phone and it got a nasty crack in it. I make an appointment at this place and bring it in and tell them about the warranty. They refuse to honor the warranty saying that the warranty only covers “manufacturer defects” whatever that means. I pull up my email receipt from back in March and at the bottom of the receipt it says all damage is covered under the warranty except for water damage. I’ve attached screenshot of the wording so you can see for yourself. I show this to the sales attendant who agrees that based on that wording I should be owed a replacement but he needs to check with his manager. So he goes in back and talks with someone on the phone (I can hear their whole conversation) who tells them that no only manufacturer defects are covered and they can’t honor my warranty for this replacement. After some back and forth with the sales attendant where I even told them I was going to leave a bad review… I realized this was going nowhere and left. Beware of this place because they do not honor what they sell you and clearly only care about money and not being a respectable business.

When I dropped my older Apple smart phone last year and brought it to the Apple store all they wanted to do was sell me a new phone. I just wanted to get it fixed. I was in no financial position to purchase a new phone! They said they could not fix it. That’s when I first discovered your shop. You saved the day and fixed it in an hour and a fair price. I was a very happy customer! I have been recommending your business and telling everybody about the fine work that you do. The other day I dropped my phone again and the screen went black. I cannot rave enough, about how wonderful Greg Sullivan, your manager, with his outstanding customer service, solved the problem, fixed the phone and I was out the door less than an hour! It is so reassuring to have such a wonderful, helpful, experienced, honest business, ready to help…Thank you!!

Mike was amazing took a virus off my phone with in 20 mins very fast and honest work! Gave me a very reasonable price as well beat the guys price down the street! Will be coming back!

Mike the store manager was amazing they beat everyone’s prices that I called and got quoted. Finished my phone in just a hour also! Amazing service will be coming again for all of my devices!

The technician broke my iPhone screen in the process of replacing my battery and told me he did a free screen replacement on pick up. I quickly learned he had also damaged my front camera in that process, and took it in to another location which informed me the camera was unfixable and the original technician had replaced my phone’s original Apple screen with a non-Apple screen which reduces battery optimization, caused lots of freezing and lagging, and renders me unable to get a trade in discount on a new phone. UBreakiFix has been completely unhelpful in problem-solving. I have reported them to the BBB.

I cannot recommend uBreakiFix more. I came in with a cracked screen and Kian walked me through a very quick insurance claim process. I only had to wait 2 hours and they even replaced me battery! I don't plan on going anywhere else next time my phone needs servicing.
