CUSTOM BOXES helped us design and build the perfect boxes for our chocolate business. They are elegant and clean. Their support staff was extremely helpful and worked with us to iterate until we had just the right design. In person the boxes are even better. Just be aware that shipping can take some time. It was wonderful to work with the Custom Boxes team and we will definitely use them again.

Amazing company to work with! They helped me bring my idea from a rough sketch on paper all the way to a finished, professional product. Super responsive, easy to work with, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be using them again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional Service and High-Quality Custom Boxes!** I had an incredible experience with this company! I needed two custom-designed boxes on a very tight deadline, and they truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they work with me to perfect the design, but the attention to detail and craftsmanship of the boxes were top-notch. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and ensured the boxes were delivered right on time. I’m beyond impressed with the quality, professionalism, and efficiency of their service. Highly recommend them for any custom packaging needs!

I’ve been working with Andy at The Custom Boxes, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. He’s been incredibly helpful from start to finish, guiding me through box design, printing options, and custom inserts for my products. Nothing was too much trouble, and he always responded quickly and professionally, making sure every detail was just right. The quality of the boxes is fantastic, the print looks perfect, and everything arrived exactly as promised. It’s rare to find such great communication and genuine customer care these days, but Andy and the team have been outstanding. Highly recommend The Custom Boxes to anyone looking for quality packaging with brilliant support!

We've been working with Daniel. Very good customer service. We asked them for an unusual packaging solution and they made it happen for us. Delivery to Ecuador went flawless so far and product quality is top (we are a luxury brand and packaging quality is key for us). Well done!
