Split Arrow Print House

Highly recommend this team for your vinyl needs! We actually found them working on a job and they were kind enough to take time to explain the process and options after they completed their current job. Communication was excellent and we went from proposal to install in under 48 hours. We love our windows and will use them again. Thank you!!

I had a fantastic experience getting 50 die-cut stickers printed on short notice! I submitted my request on Sunday night, and by Monday morning, Split Arrow had emailed me the proof, and also reassured me that they read the notes I included in the request. My stickers were ready for pickup on Tuesday afternoon, and the notification email included a link where I could schedule a time to pick them up, which I thought was pretty convenient. And last but not least, when I picked up my 50 stickers, they had included an extra 10 stickers for free! Even though that might not have been a big deal for them to do, little things like that make a big difference for the customer. Clear communication, quick turnaround, and excellent customer service!

I could not be more pleased with the service that Split Arrow Print House provided. I wanted to get some vinyl stickers made that were based off of my grandfather's branding iron. I sent them a picture of the branding iron and a very, very basic sketch with some minimal measurements. The results were much better than I ever expected. Additionally, they were in constant contact with me throughout the process. Then, I got the bill. I truly had no idea what to expect and cost really wasn't an issue, but I was MORE than pleased with my order. In fact, I have reordered the prints and have also recommended this to a close friend of mine who wanted a sticker of his father's brand. After he saw the results, his comment was, "Well, that takes care of my Christmas for this year.....and I'm in for under $30." If they had 10 stars, I would give them 10. Great people with great talent. Can't recommend them highly enough. -doug

Ordered some business cards from these folks and they are hands down the best feeling cards I have ordered from anywhere. My cards were rather silly in nature that I designed, but the top notch quality that these arrived as really drives them home. Again for the third time, quality quality quality! 100% recommend placing an order through them! Plus they sponsor fantastic podcasts!

Split Arrow provides great quality prints with affordable pricing, but their customer service does not meet the same standard by a long shot. I feel that I spent more money than I should have at times because of their flimsy business policies, and I also feel ripped off. When I didn't get the correctly sized prints I paid for, I was given a luke warm apology with no action to fix the problem. Instead, they responded defensively and accused me of not following their policy--which is false because I followed all their instructions as stated on their website. I hope Split Arrow can improve their customer service, but until they do, they've lost me as a customer.

I've been using Split Arrow for 4 years. First just for stickers, then for business cards, t-shirts, and jackets. Whether using our designs and logos, or creating something for us, they have always worked with us to get the best end result for all items. I highly recommend this printing company.
