I ordered the ECO mattress and the customer service is the worst I've seen of any company I've ever bought products from in my half century of being alive. The only company I've ever bought something from who takes my money, $2,000 of it but then doesn't ever deliver the product and doesn't answer a single one of the 20 emails I've sent to them over the last three weeks trying to find out where my damn mattress is!!!!!!!!!! There is literally no way to get in touch with ANYONE at the company to inquire about deliveries, there is no phone number, no online chat, not even the massively irritating chat bots, absolutely nothing!! The only option to communicate with customer service is via emails and like I noted above, three weeks and not a single damn response. I've purchased well over $3,000 worth of bedding from this company in the past but if my mattress EVER shows up I doubt I will ever buy anything from them again. Like what kind of company does that? Avoid this company like the plague, the only products I would recommend buying are those you can pay for in an actual store and walk out with your merchandise otherwise you may never receive it. Forgot to add the product shipped with no tracking number at all, what the hell even is that? What products ship with no tracking number? This has gotta be the only thing I've ever ordered with no tracking number, how can you ever tell if something was delivered or not!! FYI, follow up when you order a mattress that has had all of the problems noted above this is what it looks like when it's delivered, their most expensive product is shipped like this!! Really And then when I told parachute about my "awesome" experience I got the following F'n email, are you people tone deaf or something!!

I purchased my linen sheets in February 2021. At the time of this review (January 2024), I am shopping for new sheets. These sheets did not last 3 years. They are covered in holes. I took great care of them, and handled them as the label suggested. They're SO expensive and should have lasted much longer, as good linen does. Don't fall for the fancy website. There has to be better products out there for this price.

The product line is high quality and well-made, the website is well designed, the customer service of this store can only be described as terrible. The staff working in the store seemed aloof and behaved like they don't want you to shop here. I walked in the store without any other customer, nobody greeted me when I was in, which is fine to me actually, but even when I asked for what I needed, they simply just pointed at a corner and said "there". Kinda interesting feeling when I just walked out of the Brooklinen store 1 block away impressed by their customer service.

Called and spoke with Natalie. Had guests coming and told her we needed new towels for our newly remodeled guest bathroom on a tight timeline and she was fabulous to work with. She packaged the items I wanted to order and sent them to me in Seattle. Received the towels quickly and they look awesome in our bathroom. Will continued to work with Natalie and place future orders- she was friendly, answered my questions, offered helpful guidance and super easy to work with. Perfect transaction!

There’s no doubt this brand has nice design and great customer service. But this is working hard for products that have terrible quality. Linen sheets here are terrible. Thread count is on the lower end making the fabrics incredibly fragile and they will not last. We’ve been through 2 fitted sheets in 2 years despite using the right care instructions. We’ve found better alternatives elsewhere and will not be going back to Parachute until their product quality improves. A lot.

Have had linen fitted sheet and duvet cover in coal for about a year and a half. LOVE the color, and was excited about this purchase. We thought linen would be cool and durable. The first month or two, had INSANE lint/dust, constantly cleaning the air filters and everything was coated in black dust. After several washings, the lint calmed down, but now the fitted sheet is SO worn thin and developing holes. These are expensive sheets-- but the quality is horrible!

Don’t bother shopping here unless you have the patience to find parking and haul your beddings around Hayes valley. Store is unresponsive to phone and staff is dishonest with customers. When calling this store to order for pick up, the line leads to voicemail many times. After leaving a voicemail, no one returned my call. I had to call back again to resolve my issues. During their half yearly sale, i called to place a pick up order and the sales associate was not honest. She stated a different price than the online sales price. She said she was not going to honor the price of the sale unless I had a booking in store to view the products. It was after I mentioned that I have a booking that she applied the discount for my order. I don’t appreciate how this store is so dishonest with its customers. The online shopping with Parachute is so much easier!
