Es primera vez que boy , la tienda muy bien ...perooooo!!! El personal muy MAL Quería preguntar sobre un articulo y estaban paradas 2 trabajadoras le hable a una de ellas muy hamable si podían venir ,y de lejos solo me iso con la cabeza que quiere, le sonreí y le dije otra vez amable mente que si podía venir , con su cara de enojada nadams se me quedo viendo de lejos y no acudió , así que me arrime a eya y le dije si podía venir necesitaba ayuda era mi primera vez comprando en la tienda, de mala gana me acompaño así donde necesitaba ayuda y le dije que si tenia más de la figura que quería y solo me voltio a ver y me dijo ... Si no ve la caja aquí arriba esque no hay más y se fue .. nimodo muy mala experiencia, la cajera no se diga alomejor están cansadas de tanta jente que llega ala tienda , pero al final de cuenta es su trabajo y tienen que tener buena cara así el cliente .

We visited this Pop Mart location at Victoria Gardens on a Friday evening and arrived at 8:53 PM, just 7 minutes before their posted closing time of 9:00 PM. To our surprise, two staff members were already standing outside the entrance, blocking anyone from entering. When we asked if we could quickly go in, we were told the store was closed, despite it still being within business hours. This was quite disappointing, especially considering that most retail stores in the U.S. allow customers to enter right up until the official closing time. Other stores in the same shopping center remained open and continued letting customers in until 9:00 PM as expected. It’s unclear why Pop Mart operates differently, but it gave off the impression that they hold themselves to a different (and less customer-friendly) standard. As regular customers who have spent a considerable amount of money on blind boxes from this brand, we were frustrated by the lack of flexibility and the dismissive attitude from the staff. It would have taken us just a few minutes to browse or make a quick purchase, and yet we were denied entry without any reasonable explanation. Pop Mart is a brand that depends heavily on customer loyalty and return buyers. Experiences like this make it difficult to continue supporting them. I hope management can review their closing policies and train staff to be more accommodating, especially when customers arrive within official business hours.

Disappointed by the Service — Not What We Expected from Pop Mart I visited the Pop Mart location at Victoria Gardens with my fiancée and our baby, excited to explore the store as newcomers to the brand. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with visible annoyance and attitude simply for asking questions. I understand that they likely get asked the same things often — but that’s part of working in retail, especially for such a popular brand. The staff made us feel unwelcome and even uncomfortable. Instead of being friendly or helpful, they acted like we were bothering them. It felt like we were being judged or dismissed for not already knowing everything about the products or the process. There was an air of entitlement, as if the employees were too cool to provide basic customer service. Honestly, it felt like we were being looked down on. To make things worse, we noticed clear favoritism toward certain other customers, who seemed to be friends or maybe even off-duty employees. They were greeted with smiles and excitement, while we were barely acknowledged. It was disheartening. Pop Mart is known for its creativity and community, but this visit left a sour taste in our mouths. We expected fun and curiosity — not condescension. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously, because no one should be made to feel like they don’t belong.

Never coming here again. Got there for a labubu drop and they had already cut the line. Didn’t even announce it on their page. The employee in “charge” of the line left her post and let people cut. Once we confronted her about it all she had to say was sorry. She didn’t even say anything to the people who cut and instead didn’t allow us to wait. I’ve gone to Glendale popmart and the experience was way better. The staff was friendlier and actually used their walkies so they didn’t have to leave their post. A hr drive there and I still got product versus a 25min drive to Victoria gardens pop mart just to be turned away. This popmart had double the amount they’ve had on previous drops and claimed they were gonna be sold out. Why bother putting the information out just to cut the line. Ridiculous.

On May 9th, 2025, around 9:00 PM, I bought two blind boxes from this store (12511 N Mainstreet, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739) right before closing. After opening them, I found that one box was missing the swing that should have been included. I went back to the store immediately to try and resolve the issue. We approached the situation very politely and simply asked for a solution. We even offered to show our bank transaction as proof of purchase and pointed out that several staff members had just seen us buying the items. Unfortunately, the so-called manager refused to help and insisted that without a physical receipt, nothing could be done. We clearly explained that this was a product quality issue and were just hoping for reasonable assistance, but the manager showed no willingness to help. Instead, he responded with a very rude and arrogant attitude, repeatedly saying “no receipt, no help” with zero empathy or professionalism. It felt dismissive, disrespectful, and frankly, discriminatory. This is not how paying customers should be treated. Customers deserve better — basic respect, honesty, and responsibility.
