Had a tire issue on the way to Yosemite — turned out we picked up a nail. We stopped by Sullivan’s Tire Shop and couldn’t have asked for better service. The team was prompt, professional, and clearly experienced. They had us back on the road quickly and safely, and made what could’ve been a major disruption feel like a quick stop. Appreciate the outstanding service — definitely five stars.

4.5 really. I have been a regular customer since the 1990s. Two Toyotas, a Subaru, and two Audis The staff is always friendly, helpful and patient. I can usually get in for routine service without delay. My vehicle calls for 5/40 weight oil, but Sullivan used 5/30 which my owner's manual states can work in a pinch. Free tire rotation is included. Without a $ charge they reset my service due light ( every 12 months or 10K miles-it had been a year but still 2K miles to go) and Bill also without an extra charge ran a diagnostic code for my check engine light. He also pointed out that even though my vehicle is supposed to have a brake fluid exchange every two years that it may not be necessary as they inspect the condition of the fluid. I have not had an opportunity (knock on wood) to see how they do with major repairs. I recommend Sullivan's Tire Pros.

Many years ago my mustang had a vacuum leak which caused the air to only come through the defroster. I knew exactly where the issue was but was still unable to fix the leak. When I brought it in I explained where and what the problem was but they still wanted to charge a diagnostic fee. I asked why that was necessary since we knew what needed repair and the location of the issue. The service writer told me that if it turned out that the issue and location of repair was correct they would waive the diagnostic fee. After I returned the vehicle issue was fixed but the price was quite high. I explained to the lady that was processing the transaction what was discussed earlier and I checked in with the guy that did the repair. It was exactly what I had said and in the location I knew it would be. I could see that the service writer was very busy with other customers and asked that she please check in with him to confirm that the fee would be waived and she refused. She said that they never waive the fee and it wouldn't matter if she spoke with him or not. I should have insisted further but I really didn't want to make a scene or get angry although I was pretty frustrated already with her attitude and demeanor. Against my better judgment I went ahead and paid it and decided I'd never go back. Every time I pass that place it's a reminder now. Hopefully this won't happen to you but for my family and friends we avoid this place.

Can’t say enough good things. After a drive into Yosemite Valley, we got a nail in our tire wall in our rental car. The thought of getting stuck in Yosemite with our two kids was quite scary, however they were incredibly helpful. They had the tire in stock, worked with our rental company, held the tire for us, and assured us our family would be safe on the donut to drive out. Once arriving Sandy got us right in, and we were back on track within an hour. Truly can’t thank them enough for great service!

Everybody was very polite and and professional very fast excellent clean service resembled a NASCAR pit crew everything was done professionally everything torqued down to where it should be new valve stems fund balance and it was quick I enjoyed that they call it a economy friend that I bought I did my research very modern factories in South Korea think they said under American management state of the art technology low price and qualities excellent it feels absolutely like a brand new truck and I only put tires on you know what I'm anything else it tracks so good Sullivan's Tire Pros in Oakhurst I'll definitely going back to them if I need their services five star baby
