So happy I came across 99banners. I was shopping around for a place that could make my son’s team baseball banner last minute, and Pete was the only one to answer right away and put my mind at ease that he could get it printed in time. I gave him the info, and within the hour he emailed back with several design proofs. His communication and work is unmatched, and was able to pick up the banner a couple of days after I first reached out. The quality and pricing cannot be beat and will continue to use him moving forward for any of my printing needs, and you should too. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again Pete!

Fantastic Service and Exceptional Sign Quality! We recently had our project completed by this sign company, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was incredibly professional, attentive to our needs, and delivered exactly what we envisioned. The quality of the signs is outstanding, and they truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them for any sign needs—you won’t be disappointed!

I recently had window decals installed for my new Pilates studio, Opal Pilates in Anaheim, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Pete at 99banners was absolutely fantastic — responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Not only was the customer service top-notch, but Pete even came out to install the decals on Memorial Day, which I truly appreciated. He worked closely with me to create a mock-up that matched my vision and ensured all dimensions complied with city requirements. The final result is exactly what I wanted — clean, high-quality, and beautifully done. I highly recommend 99banners to any business looking for excellent quality, reasonable pricing, and reliable service. Thank you again, Pete!

My wife and I have had one of the worst and also most unprofessional experiences with this company. My wife order vinyl decals as a Christmas gift for our business approximately 2 and a half weeks before Xmas and wasn’t completed until after new years. We called multiple times and left multiple messages and no response. We originally thought we got scammed based on making a payment and not hearing back weeks later. Fast forward to today he placed the decals on my van and offered us two free decals or business cards for the poor customer service in which I agreed to the decals. Even with them being free I still offered to pay and he told me it was okay. I now tried to get 2 additional decals done and experienced the same unprofessional behavior giving the run around. I left a one star review a few days ago and that prompted him to finally return a call because he said it would hurt his business and again offered if I take it down he would do the service for free. I agreed and he went back into not communicating effectively and also agreeing to a time to stop by the shop and as I’m reaching out he doesn’t pick up and claim he’s waiting to a delivery of vinyl. Completely disregarding the fact that I mentioned I had to get my kids this afternoon. When I said I would leave my 1 star review again he mentioned that our text conversation was private which it is not considering It is apart of the customer service experience and our form of communication. He then said it would be considered slander and walked along the lines of saying my review could become illegality . Just a poor ran business as of now but hopefully an in depth review would help in correcting a lot of the issues to ensure the success of the company. I was able to go to CopyCats over in Whittier and they were able to print and cut my vinyl same day in 30 minutes. I definitely appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone in need of vinyl wraps.
