Savannah in Prescott was amazing! Friendly and above service expectations. She was very patient with me and my lack of knowledge regarding IT and was super patient with the older couple needing assistance after me. Very compassionate and approachable. She left me a super personable note in my bag when I picked up my order regarding our conversation which really made my day. This girl is going places big time!!! What a personality and is doing her job up and beyond!!!

Had a great experience my very first time I went there and a young lady that helped me out. She grabbed my phone, put the email in . She knew what she needed to do, very experienced young lady. She did one hell of a job. Thumbs up to her. (PS) Her personality was the most cheerful process of it all.

I was getting a document made and Savannah was most helpful. She knew all the answers to my questions and understood my needs for the final project. She was not pushy. Helpful when my thumb drive did not open a file. Explained how to use the website to send the file again to complete my order by the next day. I will recommend Staples to all for the needs of the service of the document center for copies.

Lovely time at this store. They care for members of the community (not just customers). When it came time for pick-up, even though they were super busy, I was taken care of promptly.

Our Staples in Prescott, AZ provides great service. We use their copy center often and never have an issue. We have had the pleasure of tabling at events near them, as well. They seem to be community driven and support many local organizations.
