I absolutely love this place!! These r the nicest people u can ever meet. I never left disappointed at all. Always satisfied! These girls r amazing. I like them all. I have a great time when I come shopping there. I would definitely recommend anyone to give it a shot cause they will fall in love with this place.. u girls r awsome!!

I love shopping with small businesses even if they aren't local to me. I'm in California and found Poppy Lane online a few years ago. I LOVE their selection of clothing throughout the seasons. Everything is great quality and their sales are amazing. Shipping is always so fast. One of my favorite things that Amy and Mindy do are handwritten notes in the orders. You can tell they appreciate their customers. Would absolutely recommend Poppy Lane. They have a wonderful selection for all sizes. Thanks, ladies♡

I bought two pairs of jeans last Thursday for a weekend trip. I removed the tags of the blue jeans and my sisters told me the pants were too big. I did remove the tags from the blue pair and only had them on maybe 5 minutes and never even unfolded the black pair. We went out and bought another pair from Old Navy so I would have something to wear for the weekend. I attempted to return both pairs of pants yesterday. I put the hanging tag back on the belt loop and the other tags in the pocket of the blue pair. It wasn’t until I got to the counter and sales clerk pointed out that they were from old navy. She said They do not refund and that I would only get a merchandise credit when I came back the next day. I had all three pairs folded in my carry on bag and had grabbed the wrong pair by accident. I said I would be back the next day to bring the correct ones. The owner was there and had already heard and talked to her sister about what happened the previous day. She was very curt with me and pointed to a sign saying that returns could only be done as originally sold with all tags and would only get a merchandise credit. If that’s the policy then ok, I understood since I did remove the tags. I’ll just return the black pair then. The black pair had never even been tried on and she wouldn’t return them because she said the clerk said they were dirty. The owner pointed and showed me a slight spot that I can’t even find in other lighting. See picture below. These pants have never even been unfolded since I bought them. She was extremely rude and wouldn’t even listen to me. She said the clerk told me they couldn’t return them because they were dirty which is a complete lie. I had my husband standing right next to me who can confirm. The owner told me she believed the clerk. She accused me of purposely trying to return old navy jeans to her store because I put the tags back on. I had only put the hanging tag back on. She left me feeling like a thief when it was a total accident. I have brought many friends and family to this local small business where I frequented . I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in retail much less an owner. I would not recommend simply because of the customer service.

Poppy Lane is the best! Aside from super cute, trendy, high quality clothing, they have great accessories! I love their bags and jewelry! They have something for everyone - even if you’re aren’t plus sized! The staff is so friendly and caring. They are always willing to help you find the perfect outfit for any occasion!

Amy and Mindy always make me feel welcome, whether I’m walking in the door 15 min to close or right when the doors open! They also recently added a super sweet and wonderful team member Jenna and she is extremely helpful in any styling needs! Every time I walk through Poppy Lane’s doors I feel welcome and I’m greeted with the warmest welcome! Even if I don’t purchase anything (which is rare, because I always find something) they always treat every customer like they are part of their family! They have the cutest, most stylish clothes in real women sizes (curvy)!! Finally something my hometown desperately needed and found in these two wonderful, fantastic sisters!! Check them out!! You won’t be disappointed!! Tell them I sent you!! 😉❤️

Love that this boutique is so close to home! They always have super cute and trendy clothes along with accessories. The girls are always friendly and helpful and never make me feel pressured to buy anything.

I stopped into Poppy Lane today to look for some new fall clothing for my mother. She lives out of town and doesn’t have cute little boutiques in her town like we do in Troy. The owners were so wonderful in helping me to find the right size and style mom was looking for. Mom is excited to get her new purchases, and now I need to make another trip to the store to shop for myself as there were so many cute options!
